TTC has a wide portfolio of clients form Donor Agencies, Governments & Agencies, International Organisations, airlines and airports around the world. Specialising in strategic marketing and analysis and the management of donor projects TTC has a vast experience of many destinations and takes a global view on tourism and tourism growth.
TTC has extensive experience in the Mediterranean area, the Caribbean, East Africa and South Africa. In Europe we have worked in many of the ‘old' soviet bloc countries assisting in bringing their infrastructure up to modern standards.

Grenada

TTC has completed a review of the Grenada Board of Tourism for the Commonwealth Secretariat and the Grenada Government. The review examined the complete structure of the organisation including legislation, functions, staffing and priorities. A major industry survey was carried out on-line and a comprehensive staff review underatken both face-to-face and on-line. Recommendations were presented to the new Government of Grenada and are now being implemented to ensure that the organisation is ready to face the current challenge of delivering successful international tourism.

Antigua & Barbuda Tourism Masterplan

TTC was appointed by the Commonwealth Secretariat and the Government of Antigua & Barbuda to prepare a Tourism Masterplan for the island. The project was completed in November 2007. A series of national workshops were held in St Johns - the capital of this successful Caribbean destination island which embraces Antigua and its smaller and lesser known sister Barbuda.. Antigua has a brand new cricket stadium for the Cricket World Cup which took place in 2007.

Review of National Tourism Strategy

TTC completed a major review of the National Tourism Strategy for Cyprus. The review assessed the performance of the strategy and following a series on national workshops, the production of a revised strategy and a comprehensive Action Plan.

 

Caribbean

TTC assisted the Caribbean Tourism Organisation (CTO) - funded by the European Development Fund - in developing a sustainable market position and marketing strategy for the region. Growth was established through travel trade and new media distribution channels particularly in the European Markets.

Poland

TTC managed a two year programme funded by EU under Phare, to develop a national reservation system for tourism. Components included the management of an information technology and telecommunications project.

 

Kenya

TTC carried out a study of the Future of Cruise Tourism for the Port of Mombasa in Kenya. The objective was to increase this key port's share of the world's cruise tourism market to the Indian Ocean and to identify the role of the Port in attracting new business. The economic justification of investment in port infrastructure was part of the project. TTC carried out another key project in identifying the Economic Impact of Tourism in Kenya overall and in making recommendations and implementing new promotional structures. This project was funded by the European Development Fund.

Russia

TTC provided technical assistance in restructuring, fleet development and information technology implementation for Aeroflot Russian International Airlines This project was EU funded.


St Vincent & The Grenadines

This technical assistance project for a major tourism development programme aimed at identifying a number of new tourism projects that will help with the diversification of the SVG economy. The long-term goal is to provide the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the private sector with a framework for the development of tourism that will be both economically and environmentally
