TTC was appointed by the EU and Government of Uganda to manage a sustainable tourism programme within this East African country. Uganda or the Pearl of Africa has recently accepted a new tourism strategy and the emphasis of this technical support programme is to help implement that strategy, build capacity and ensure that marketing of the country is effective. This is a four year support programme.
